To make a local call
  1. Lift Handset
  2. Insert Phone Card
  3. Await verification
  4. Hear the dial tone

To make an IDD call
  1. Lift Handset
  2. Insert phone Card
  3. Await verification
  4. Hear the dial tone
  5. Key in "001" + Country Code + Area Code + Destination No. + #
To check the card balance
  1. Hear the dial tone
  2. Press "Check Balance" key
To recharge the card
  1. Hear the dial tone
  2. Press "Recharge" key
  3. Enter the Recharge Card No.

Note:

  • To use, insert the card into a Shinetown Telecom Smartcard phone or key in the numbers at a tone dial phone.
  • When the card is inserted into a Shinetown Telecom Smartcard phone, the voice instructions will be preset in the language used last time.
  • To re-enter card number or telephone number, press" " key. To make a follow-on call, press" " twice.
  • A beep tone will advise you when you have 30 seconds of call time remaining.
  • Usage charges are deducted on a per unit basis and will be rounded up to the nearest unit. One unit is HK$1.
  • Use of this card with some public payphones may require the insertion of HK$1 coin. When making an overseas call by inserting the card at a Shinetown Telecom Smartcard phone, calls will be charged at IDD rates plus 15% surcharge.
  • No refund once the card is purchased.

備 註:

  • 於智能電話機以插卡方式使用時，話音指示將自動設定於上一次使用時的操作語言。
  • 重新輸入電話卡號碼或電話號碼，請按 。
  • 當使用時間剩餘30秒，電話內將有訊號提示。
  • 通話費用以每一單位計算，並以最接近整數扣除。每一單位為港幣一元。
  • 在部份收費電話使用此卡時，需先放進港幣一元。
  • 於智能電話機以插卡方式致電海外時，收費為IDD通話費及15%附加費。
  • 電話卡一經售出，恕不退換。
  • 使用者必須遵守使用細則。
