The Shinetown Telecom mobile service that you are using is provided by China Mobile Hong Kong. China Mobile Hong Kong will terminate 3G services on 30th June 2025. In line with the trend of mobile users in the market, China Mobile Hong Kong will completely cease the provision of 3G services on 30th June 2025, and focus its resources on 5G and leading network technologies. If you are using a 3G mobile phone or a SIM card which supports a 3G network, please arrange for an upgrade immediately so that your mobile service will not be affected by the cessation of 3G service.
