    2. CHAT CHAT Anywhere Member Card is a convenient card for frequent travelers. It is incorporated with cost saving features, including International Call Forward Service (ICFS), Callback, recharge Overseas Mobile Numbers, and VIP 1649 Express, enabling users to enjoy great savings in making and receiving calls overseas.

  2. How do I register for the CHAT CHAT Anywhere Service Member Card?

    3. Registration is free and simple. Fill our online registration form to get the CHAT CHAT Anywhere Member Card mailed to you within 3 working days. Alternatively, you can call +852 8106 1649.

    After receiving the member card, add value to the card with one of our easy recharge methods and the card is ready to be used.

  3. How can I recharge my CHAT CHAT Anywhere Service Member Card?

    4. You can bring along your membership card and recharge it at 7-Eleven stores or use other recharge methods provided.

  4. Is there any monthly fee or additional fee required?

    5. No. Users do not need to pay a monthly fee and will only be charged when calls are made. The charges of the calls will be based on the prevailing rate of the countries the calls are made from plus the countries to call to.

  5. What is International Call Forward Service?

    6. International Call Forward Service (ICFS) is a call forward service that you can set your calls to follow you to any countries that you go to. Subscribers can travel between different countries and still enjoy great savings by using our services.

  6. How to use the International Call Forward Service?

    7. To use the service, you have to set up. There are 2 ways to do so, by phone or SMS.
    By phone:
    1. Call+852 3189 0308
    2. Select language (1-Cantonese, 2-Putonghua, 3-English)
    3. Enter 8-digit member card number
    4. Enter 4-digit password
    5. Press "1" to set up the ICFS
    6. Enter 8 digit Hong Kong Phone Number to be diverted
    7. Enter Overseas Phone Number

    8. Press "1" to confirm (the setting will be saved)
    By SMS:
    Set up by sending a SMS in required format to+852 6131 1852

  7. After successful set up, what do I do next?

    8. After setting up, you only need to divert your calls to our system when you are going to travel.
    Before leaving Hong Kong:
    Divert all calls to your Hong Kong mobile number to+852 3059 9888.
    Press ✱ ✱ 21 ✱ 30599888 #call
    Our system will automatically divert all your incoming calls to the overseas number that was set up previously.
    When returning to Hong Kong:
    Cancel all diverts from your mobile phone by entering # # 21 # call

  8. What is Callback?

    9. Instead of making expensive IDD calls when overseas, you can trigger calls to your mobile phone with SMS or Callback with this service. You can use our Callback to make calls to any countries and save IDD charges.

  9. How do I register the callback service?

    10. To activate this service, users have to set up by the following steps:
    1. Call+852 3189 0308
    2. Select language (1-Cantonese, 2-Putonghua, 3-English)
    3. Enter 8-digit member card number
    4. Enter 4-digit password
    5. Press "7" for China Callback / Worldwide SMS Callback
    6. Press "1" to enter the overseas phone number that you will use during your trip
    7. Enter overseas destination phone number (country code + area codee + Phone Number + #) Eg. 8613912345678#
    8. Press "1" to confirm
    (You can register more than 1 overseas phone numbers for the Callback service)
    Worldwide SMS Callback
    While travelling overseas, you can send a SMS to +852 6131 1852 in the following format. Within 10 seconds, our system will call you back and connect you to destination.

    China Callback
    When travelling in China, you can call our system at +852 5127 5182 or +852 6131 1789 then hang up the phone after hearing the first ring tone.
    Our system will call you back within 10 seconds to prompt you to input the destination phone number.

  10. What is VIP 1649 Express?

    11. VIP 1649 Express is a service you can use from your fixed line or mobile to make IDD calls from Hong Kong without entering your card numbers.

  11. How do I register VIP 1649 Express?

    12. You can register by the following steps:
    1. Call +852 3189 0308 from the phone you wish to register
    2. Select language (1-Cantonese, 2-Putonghua, 3-English)
    3. Enter 8-digit member card number
    4. Enter 4-digit password
    5. Press 6 for VIP 1649 Express
    6. Press 1 to confirm

    Your incoming phone number will be registered.

  12. How do I make VIP 1649 Express from Hong Kong?
