Entering 12-digit PIN is no longer needed once you register VIP 1649 Express. After registration, IDD calls can be made directly from your phone by dialing:

1. Call +852 8102 1222 from the phone you wish to register
2. Select language
3. Enter your 12-digit Calling Card number
4. Press "1" to register
5. Press "1" to confirm when the system prompts your registered number

Express Recharge Hotline

You can register by the following steps:

1. Call +852 8206 1649 from the phone you wish to register
2. Select language
3. Enter your 12-digit Calling Card number

You card is now recharged.

International Call Forward Service

When traveling outside Hong Kong, you can forward the incoming calls to your Hong Kong mobile to your overseas number. You will never miss a call while traveling and save on expensive roaming charges since the rates of ICFS are the same as our IDD rate. Please ensure that you have enough credit in your Calling Card by recharging your card prior so that you have enough to cover the ICFS during your trip.

You can set up the ICFS by the following steps:

1. Call +852 8102 1222
2. Enter 12-digit Calling Card number
3. Press "6" for ICFS Registration
4. Press "1" to enter 8-digit Hong Kong mobile number
5. Enter overseas destination phone number (country code + area codee + Phone Number + #) Eg. 8613912345678#
6. Press "1" to confirm

The setting will be saved.

Before leaving Hong Kong:

Divert all calls to your Hong Kong mobile number to +852 3059 9888. Press:

Our system will automatically divert all your incoming calls to the registered overseas number.

When returning to Hong Kong:

Cancel all diverts from your mobile phone. Press:

Callback Services (Worldwide SMS Callback / China Callback)

While you are traveling and you wish to make IDD calls, you can request our system to call you back and connect you to any overseas number. With a fraction of IDD roaming fee, no hassle to look for phone products in your limited traveling time – this special service is definitely an ideal choice for frequent travelers.

Once activated, user can initiate a call by using SMS (“Worldwide SMS Callback”) or Callback (“China Callback”) service from the registered number to any countries.

You can set up Callback service by the following steps:

1. Call +852 8102 1222
2. Enter 12-digit Calling Card number
3. Press "7" for China Callback / Worldwide SMS Callback
4. Press "1" to enter the overseas phone number that you will use during your trip
5. Enter overseas destination phone number (country code + area codee + Phone Number + #) Eg. 8613912345678#
6. Press "1" to confirm

(You can register more than 1 overseas phone numbers for the Callback service)

Worldwide SMS Callback

While travelling overseas, you can send a SMS to +852 6131 1852in the following format. Within 10 seconds, our system will call you back and connect you to destination. If your calling card number is 123456789012 and you wish to call +852 9876 5432, the SMS will look like this:

China Callback

When travellingin China, you can call our system at +852 5127 5182 or +852 6131 1789. Hang up the phone after the first ring tone.
Our system will call you back within 10 seconds to prompt you to input the destination phone number.

Speed-Dial Memory
